The Seasnakes club, emerging in 2001 as an offshoot of the Caboolture Snakes, has positively transformed since its humble beginnings. Since 2002, we've tirelessly grown from having five teams in the inception year to our current impressive line-up of nine teams, catering to varied age groups and skill sets, consistently striving to give our best in every match.

The Seasnakes nest on the gorgeous Redcliffe Peninsula and draws its passionate players from the many accessible suburbs in Moreton Bay. As a part of the competitive Brisbane Junior Rugby Union competition, our teams grace fields across Brisbane, delivering remarkable performances people travel from Redlands to Ipswich and beyond to witness.

A Year of Achievements: 2023 in Review

2023 has been a remarkable year for the Seasnakes. Our Mixed XV's teams flourished across various age groups, with our Boys XVs U13 rugby union team exhibiting an exceptional performance. Our star player Kapri McCauley earned a well-deserved place in the Queensland State Girl's Under 15 7s squad. This underscores our commitment to nurturing talent and dedication not just in the local area but on a wider stage too.

At the heart of our club is our popular Tiny Tots program, targeted at ambitious 3-5-year-olds, priming them to transition into the Under 6s as they come of age. In 2024, with your backing, we aim to surpass our achievements, fortifying our community bonds, and encouraging the spirit of rugby union both locally on the Peninsula and at a state level.
